The Dusk Package is perfect if you are at crisis point with your little one’s sleep. Maybe you are facing hourly- 2 hourly wakes, maybe you are desperate to stop co-sleeping, maybe your little one is very unsettled and you don’t know why… this package gives us the time and opportunity to really dig into what is going on and take a detailed and holistic approach to your situation. I will be with you every step of the way.

This is my most popular package, and for good reason! It gives us the opportunity to make big changes and get big results.

The Dusk package includes:

  • A 60-90 minute consultation
  • An in-depth sleep questionnaire analysis
  • A 5 day sleep diary analysis
  • A personalised, detailed sleep plan tailored to your unique little one
  • 4 weeks of daily support Monday-Friday, either via Whatsapp or email
  • 2 follow on 30 minute check in calls to monitor progress and talk through any issues
